This is a survey of any resident over the age of 18 years of age and living in the state of Georgia. This survey asks about health conditions, treatments for ongoing health conditions and symptoms, and knowledge & experiences with medical marijuana/cannabis/low THC oil. Survey participants are not required to give their name, address, or other identifiable information, and participation in this research study is 100% voluntary.
